There's still a lot of Graal players that don't know anything about Graal2001, cause a lot of them don't want to upgrade their account. When I got on N-Pulse with my Bomy Gang tag, people started asking me questions about bomys and the Graal2001 server.

So what my idea was, if my FAQ tag worked globaly, I could go on all the non-pay servers and answer people's questions about Graal2001.

Does that sound like a good idea, or a bad idea?

If your FAQ tag worked on other servers then I would say YES it would certainly be worth a shot! You may be able to convert a few people into subscribing too, which would be great!

some of them thought it was 27$ / month.. i think they cant read.. lol, as for the others, i only told them about all the new features and .. it worked! =D

Another idea:

Graal staff makes a page and documents all of the new features. They could also make a sort of guide, that tells you how to fish/mine and various other things. I know when i first got on , i was totally lost, and could not find any information anywhere. If people knew everything they were missing, im sure a few would buy an account.

(Yes this belongs in the ideas forum, but it holds relevence to this topic)

humm.. they have a FAQ TEAM on 2K1 thats why they wont make a game guide.
just do as i do, ask them when you dont know how to do something! =P


and the only thing that the whole NPC Staff should do, is a Scripting Manual. I know that the NPC Scripting Bible is a very good one, but.. we need one that show us many scripts, such as the voting script Stefan gave me..

anyways.. now its supposed to be in ideas and scripting

And what makes you so sure that one (A faq member) will always be on?

I actually got on NPulse with [Graal 2001 FAQ Asst. Chief] in my name (since my real tag wont work there) and I convinced many people to upgrade their account. The main questions I got were, "how much does it cost?", "what's a bomy?", and "whats the difference between p2p servers and non-pay servers?". I also learned that you can really convince them when you tell them that $27 a year, isn't as much as it sounds, cuz it's only $2.25 a month.

I get online with my FAQ tag whenever I can, since it's my job to be online and answer questions.

Thats nice, but a guide that would be up 24/7 would be more dependable.
