2 accounts under 1 email
I have Sum41Freeeeek and Frankie under 1 email.
I went to change my password and it doesn't let me login on the accounts anymore, but I have to login with the email. When I login with the email, it logs me into Sum41Freeeeek and not Frankie. Is there anyway I can fix this without needing Ibo? |
I had the same problem. You'll have to go to the support desk. Ibonic will be pretty quick to resolve the issue... make sure you ask him about changing the e-mails as well.

it says my lifetime classic will be removed... why the hell is that necessary?
this Frankie account has gold though, so maybe I can get away with getting this email changed instead of the other? |
I had two accounts under one e-mail. I filed a service at the desk and Ibonic simply e-mailed me a new password for DustyPorViva. I didn't lose my classic subscription.

I don't know.. It's telling me to agree that I will lose my lifetime subscription if I don't have an active gold subscription.
Whatever. I requested the email be changed for this account and not the account I have lifetime classic on just to be safe. |
Don't do a e-mail change. Just file a ticket under account problems and state the problem.
