Server options staff accounts

For the serveroptions staff list, it would be better if it took the actual player accounts instead of community names. (Currently, it only accepts the player's account until they pick a community name).

Agreed. Hate hiring someone by adding his community name, and when I want to fire him I can't remove his rights from his account since I don't remember his account name.

I think you can /openrights communityname these days.
