Video Recording

Video Recording is broken for me. It generates a file, but it won't play in WMP. When I play it in VLC it says the indexes are broken - if I repair them it just plays a blank video for what should be the length of the video.

I have audio capture off, frames on 20 per second, and it's on AVI (MPEG4) and my video bitrate is 1200KBIT

Just like for mine
It always get me a blank video
I once got a nice video, but it was so laggy x.X

Also Screenies I take are fully white

I can take some decent videos, but they fail to perform right in Premiere CS3 Pro (the audio and video codecs don't quite agree; I end up with static and a multi-color clip with 0.5 fps) and are deadly laggy x.X
