Shadow Dragons host?

Does anyone here know a host, or is able to host the Shadow Dragons web site? It needs a good amount of space and to support PHP...

I could prolly host it, I have 150 mb of free space, php and cgi support, and no ads. But the problem is, I can't give you ftp for it. =/

There arent many with a lot of HD space.. I know some..like freeservers with offers alternatives to sub domains like..

but that only gives 20 meg of space =\

Those have no PHP support and he asked for that, the one SSMutz recommended is good for what he wants though.

you can try www.brinkster.com but the only problem is that they have a bandwith per day and it gets used up quick when you have alot of files on the site.

Shoey's too picky about servers while getting the site up and helping people out is more important than some PHP scripts...
Anyone have any servers that meet those requirements and can give me FTP acsess?
