No sound
I recently purchased a new computer and I am getting zero sound on Graal. Any other games, programs, CDs, etc. all work fine (as far as I know).
If I go directly to my Graal folder and open up ganis or soundfiles, they work fine also...It's only when I run Graal that I do not hear them. Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit Creative X-Fi XG sound card I have all the latest drivers. Thanks |
Could you please post the console.log file here? (either attach it or copy&paste its contents)
It's located in your Graal root folder. |
Silly question but is your SFX turned up in the Graal options?

Ah, sorry, console.log is some older file I still have. Yea, game_console.log.

i have the same problem and i'm using Windows XP Pro 64Bits
|
shouldn't this get fixed?
|
Maybe not helpful, but this happens to me a lot, usually when I have a lot of processes going. I find that if you log off Graal, close a few worthless processes and log back in a couple times it fixes itself.

Nothing special in the console, I guess it might be because you got a 64bit system.
|
Aww >_< we need a 64 bits graal client...:D
|
I remember someone in the past always had issues with 64-bit XP and Graal.
Guess they just don't get along. |
A lot of people seem to have this issue.
Close Graal. Go to your Graal folder. Locate game_config.txt. Open it in wordpad/textpad/whatever. Change this line tryloadsoundson64bit=false to tryloadsoundson64bit=true Save. Open Graal again. Worked for me on Vista 64 Ultimate. |
Thanks its working now :D
|
