Graal and graal websites wont open for him , so he can't download the game again . He can't open forums. SN and ravenblade told him that it was his internet but his internet is working fine.

It's probably temporary, have him wait a day or two ;o

Maybe someone changed his hosts file so that he can't access Graal's servers. Pretty unlikely though.

IM/EMail him the GraalSetup file?
Not the Graal files, just the setup.

He said something about graal.exe , but he is offline right now

Does pinging still work?

maybe the sites are blocked?

Something like this had happened to Inferno (farte6), but it seems to work now.
