Iricia Idea
I am just presenting this idea. Your input is welcomed but keep the flaming to nil.
Idea: give team experience for keeping all the bases. Now basically you would get accumulated team experience for keeping b1-b5 for the round. Experience breakdown (possible): Base 2 and base 5 would give you say up to the maximum of 25 team experience. base 3 and 4 would give a max of 30 team experience. Base 1 we could do anywhere between 50-75 team experience. Now this team experience would go off the amount of time your team keeps the base. So say Storm only kept base 3 for the final 30 seconds of the round then they wouldn't get the max team experience for that base they would get say 5 team experience. Keep in mind we can mess with the amount and percentages but this is just an example. Then when the round is over the winning team will not only get the total experience that is normal but also the extra team experience (divided up). So if you can keep all the bases from the start you could be looking at 160-200 total team experience. with 10 people thats 16-20 extra experience per person. I don't know this is just an idea. thoughts? |
Everyone on the winning team receives exp at the end.
|
this is on top of that experience.
|
i have an idea that might make b1 a hot spot again, instead of base laming....
make it so even if ,for example, storm riders has base1 then if u are on sweep fleet u can still teleport there...this may create bunker laming on base one but u would have to test it out and see what the players do to be sure... idk just an idea. |
Yeah laming would come huge but maybe that would be the way to go. I mean right now its like this so only your spawn team can escape the spawn base laming.
|
People don't need more exp they need less.

where does the killing come in then

they should make this game like cod4 , when you lever up , you can get more things (weapon , power , etc..)
|
I dislike this. Far to easy to gain EXP for newbs. And you already gain a bit of EXP for winning anyways.

I heard this idea early from A guy.

The whole purpose of this idea really is to get people away from spawn base laming.
Now saying that 100% of you will hate it. |

Although, maybe I have another idea. We could add a large, new stockpile of guns or tools in the traders' shops, that you'd have to buy with money. There is another requirement, though. The more expensive the item, the higher the rank you need to buy it. For example, at Soldier rank, you could buy a "light assault rifle," for $5000, but you couldn't buy a "semi-automatic shotgun" for $10,000 that's only available for Sargeant or up. You wouldn't "rent" these items, either. Once you buy them, you buy them forever. They'll usually be more expensive, as well. |
minomato dont be noob , you have cod4 . This can works like it , but gettin other weapon when level up

ermm...whose genius idea? http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=79949 its farther down in the thread? second page. adding new weapons...im all for that...plus it would give other players a chance to get themselves on the playerboard for high scores...which we need to shake up instead of like all the same people being on each table... |
About the first post in the thread... getting experience for claiming bases would be a good idea. Why? Well as previously stated, it'd hopefully keep players from laming the main HQ as much, because that's all they seem to do. The point of the fight in Iciria is to claim the bases first and keep them to win, but people seem to prefer to lame and stay -away- from the bases as long as they can so they can lame more.
So yeah, perhaps it could be a good idea. |
Bring iricia back to the way it was BEFORE all this stupid updating. Oh and i love how Raven bashs people for giving their opinions. A+ job Mister smarty pants.
