I have a job and I can afford to pay someone for quality work. The co-manager as well as possibly some others have also volunteered to help pay.

Symphonia kinda pays their staff. If their account needs renewed, then it gets renewed. (Mabye not for people that have just joined the staff team)

I work in the facilities department at my college.

I don't think it matters how they get money, If you are going to work for them just contact 'em on AIM as per requested.
