I got my computer back two days ago, I need the PCID added to my account. I talked to Bell she said should couldn't do it, Ibonic can so put in the support ticket.

Two days later: It hasn't even been looked at. PWAs need more rights, something might get done around here.

I've manually approved your computer id. Normally you approve it by checking your emails and clicking on the provided link. If your email is not working anymore then use the support center to get it changed.

My email still works but I have the same email on the URBANLEGEND account and due to that stupid bug I don't get emails.

I have that same problem. I've had to get my password manually done because I apparently had another account with the same email.

I know this is already resolved, but did you check to see if your ticket was actually submitted? The last ticket I see from you is from over a month ago, unless it was with a different name.
