Renew subscription?
Simple Question:
Will you be renewing your Graal Kingdoms subscription when it runs out, or at least fairly soon after it runs out? Also, please tell when your current subscription runs out, or tell how many days are left. (preferably both) Also, if you're unsure, try to still choose "Yes" or "No", just whichever you think is more likely. I'll start: 34 Days Unsure, but likely No. |
0 Days
No. |
Already out. Definitely no.
|
I'm pretty far from running out, seeing as I upgraded because I didn't want Gk to just die, I'm fine idling if it means one more player, 300 days.
Assuming it ran out sooner, I'd upgrade, but not immediately, I'd wait and hope for a miracle. |
if things pick up within now till july (when it runs out ) then ill repugrade, but if not then im just sticking with a classic upgrade
|
I renewed my subscription not long ago but it was only for 1 month and I have 21 days left but i'm not sure if I will upgrade again or not.
|
im not a quiter so i say yes

Totally no D= until some guy brings GK back from the Dead
|
Unless things change, No I have no intention to renew. I still say they should release the code to the public...
|
I'll probably just stick to the playerworlds subscription when my kingdoms one runs out
|
I think Ziro already knows but
0 days, No Didn't think paying, to wait for a miracle was worth it. |
I am going to have to say no. When mine runs out thats it. Unless a miracle happens and it becomes alive again with fresh updates etc etc.
|
I'll happily buy a subscription if (not when) they fix it. Otherwise, I will just buy the cheapest subscription that gives me forums.
|
its almost painfull to login everyday and see whats going on.. theres nothing happening ever.
I suppose if someone would plan like weekly events atleast.. then other people would maybe stick around. I got a long time to wait before mine runs out again anyways.. who knows.. at this rate something needs to be done. |
"No" is 90% of the votes...o_o
|
what did u expect?
more yes? o_o |
PoJo's going to reupgrade right? Who else is reupgrading? Why not wait until GK is actually alive and then upgrade instead of wasting money?

You might as well ignore his vote. Pojo is the only meaningful "yes", and he showed remorse for saying that, kind of like when you have to over-pay for something that NEEDS to be done (like replacing a computer part asap, and you don't have time/accessibility to get to the cheaper stores or order online). |
I vote no.
I reupgrade just if GK rev. Account: Sango_Ku Community name: Sango_Ku Subscription status: Kingdoms Gold Subscription (162 days left), Classic Subscription. |
Account: Elk
Community name: Elk Subscription status: Playerworlds Gold Subscription (216 days left), Classic Subscription :0 i get free subscriptions from people i got some more gold accounts |
i wish people on graal liked me so that theyd renew my subscription
|
I would think a nice graph like this would make sense to such smart admins?
|
Finally, this might get through to the higher-ups rather than constant bashing towards a common goal, a good GK.
|
People are still reupgrading so Stefan might think GK is still fine, no?
|
Not really. I am gonna turn his attention to this topic. This should be a cry that will finally get through to him.

I'm mostly saying yes and paying for myself, not to play Gk. If I say "No I won't", it'll be accepting Gk is finally gone. I enjoyed Gk, and I hope to enjoy it in the future. I'm not oblivious to the fact it's washed up and slowly slipping away, but I don't want to just say that I'm done and move on. It's like saying after 20odd years later that Super Mario Bros. isn't that great of a game. There's personal reasons, loyalty, and nostalgia all holding you back. |
Let's also take this into account for the purpose of the poll:
1. Many people who quit GK have quit Graal entirely because GK was the main server they played. (so therefore they didn't vote, and their vote would be "No) 2. There's not really any trials on GK saying "I wish I had a gold account to play GK" 3. There's not really anyone on classic servers saying "Paying (game currency) for gold subscription" (#'s 2 and 3 would balance out #1 by adding more "yes" votes, sort of, if there were people who fit those circumstances, but there's not) When G2k1 was succeeding, many players (usually teens or younger ones who don't have money or lack access to credit cards) would beg for someone to upgrade/pay for their subscription, mainly to play G2k1. Such was also somewhat true for G2k2's successful times. Now this is not the case at all. Nobody wants to play Graal Kingdoms. |

The thing is, if games like World of Warcraft "needed saving" there is no problem, because there will be a constant influx of new players, which for Graal's publicity... is not the case.
bump.. |
Talking about successful MMOs is illegal on the graal forums. /ban

It's sort of worthless to resort to armchair criticism and speaks loads about the parties involved.
If you want change stop running your gums and get involved. |

I've offered to develop for them, but there is so little they let people do. THEN they tell us WE need to make things. |
i liked gk when it was actually active, its just boring now, no one ever goes on, therefore i left it.

After a while, I'll start slacking off and serving the food under poor conditions (dirty, poorly prepped, cold when it's supposed to be hott, warm when it's supposed to be cold, out of date menu, expired meat, etc) . When people complain, I'll tell them they should make their own food. I'll even leave the kitchen open for customers to use. But they'll still have to pay regular price since they're using my supplies. It seems to work well with Cyberjouers, so I have no reason to believe my business should fail. |
