Symphonia's gone poof!

I just got disconnected from Symphonia with a message that said this: "the developer server has been suspended" (or along the lines). I can now only log on to developer9 via RC, but Symphonia is no longer on the list. What gives?

When I reconnected, this was in the RC log:

Since no one is still answering your question, have you tried contacting a PWA, and asking them if they could find the reason?
