Exactly what it says, this place is full of weird ideas, and such, what is this place used for exactly?

I mean is their a point, as in what exactly are we making these races for? Also, What kind of races, I saw both the "race" as in the type of being it is, and also "race" as in trying to get to point a to point b first.

I think it's was to discuss new races and such for gk, g2k1 or something..
