Events Cycle Poll
 

Alright, I had an idea to have a lot more events on Zone weekly, but if we do my idea I'm canceling big prize events for a month (the time it takes for all the current weapons to run out). We will still hold prizes for large amounts of grenades or money within that month, but no Event/Shop Weapons.

This poll will not be the entire determining factor on whether or not I decide to follow through with my idea. The Zone forums are an innaccurate representation of Zones population *looks at the GK players*.

So my idea...
There will be 4 weekly cycles...
Week 1: Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Redpisole Event (Thats 3 events, 1 each day)
Week 2: Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Bluepistole Event
Week 3: " " - Reapers Event
Week 4: " " - Twinblade or a Shop Weapon

This way there will only be a max of 3 of each Event items (minus the perm ones) on the server at all times.

Now, with the schedualing of these events...
Friday/Sunday will be at random times.
Saturday will be at a set time.


Thoughts?

I like it, the only thing I have to ask is when you say "random times" do you mean literally host it at a random time?

Other then that, nice, should keep more event weapons circulating.

By random time I mean any time on Friday/Sunday when the playercount is 45+.

Too many nubs passing me on BPS.

I dont like this idea..Your just gonna pass Reapers, Rps abd Bps to players almost each week and next thing you know the whole servers got em.

All Weapons given to you by ETs only last for 30 days!

Only 12 people on the server will have temporary weapons (as long as no one messes that up...), and there will be 3 events a week.

Those with Permanent weapons, theres probably between 5-10 of them out there (who still play), and I have 3 of those 5-10.

Zones playercount in total is probably around 300-400 different players who play at least 5 hours a week. 15-20 of 300-400 isn't to many in my oppinion.

But still..My thought is do them once each month or 2-3 times a month..

I haz 2 perm event weapons.

Right now we do about 6-8 a month...

Events attract a large playercount. I think... more events = more fun = more players.

I suggested something similiar in like december to dante.

I like this idea so that a large amount of event weapons are not in circulation.

Oh i understand it now , but i voted no soz :( But i like it!

Pooper made a point and I agree, theres more then 10 players with Perma Weapons. I wasn't aware Desear had all 3 lol.

This is going to be implimented, Dan agrees with it, as do all ETs who told me about it.
May 2/3/4 weekend, Week 1 ;)

A reminder, to all Players, this will be the begging for the new Event Cycle, so be ready, the dates to be more clear, are 5/2 (May 2), 5/3 (May 3), and 5/4 (May 4).

If you can't figure out a date you don't deserve to go to the event.
