I don't know is this what you mean Kev , but i think it is:

Kev:a weapon which has something like this: ----[ at the end and grabs out and holds on to the player. unless the other player manages to be xxxx distance from you, they will be held untill death. this should be a fairly powerful weapon and very hard to aim.

The weapon is already on zone but i add something to catch you then the line comes back to you and you can kill the enemy , like he said , think xD.

ROFL, This would be used for such a laming weapon i can see it.

Just make a tazer that can zap people on Jetpacks at a certain height :O
