Forum Account Registration bug!!

I have this large bug that is driving me crazy :confused:

When I try to register my upgraded account to get acess to the forums, it takes a bit for the page to load after entering my information (Acc. name, pw, email, etc) When the page loads after hitting submit this page shows up and say

Whats wrong?! The main reason I purchased a G2k1 account was to acess to the forums, please help..
