Application: Kirble

Introduce yourself. Who are you? What do you do? Where are you known? Why do you play Graal?

Hey, my alias is Kirble when I’m hanging around on Graal. I live in the UK. Within the Graal environment I like to develop and help people out, I mostly make graphics but have recently been venturing into ganis and a little GS2.
I’m mostly known on Unholy Nation but I’d imagine that the variety of servers I have worked on would remember me. I mostly play to develop.

Experience with "online-only" staff teams, including player world work here on Graal.

I mostly run as a graphics producer, these are the servers as to which I was in said position:

o Unholy Nation
o Babylon
o Old Bravo
o N-Pulse
o Endora
o Classic

That is all I can recall from memory, but there are more.

Assuming you have piqued our interest with your qualifications, what makes you stand out as an applicant?

I think what makes me stand out as an applicant is I can help out with most things and I try my hardest for the person I am helping; gathering research if necessary. As I said, I am hard working and whatever time I have spare, aside from living a life, is spent helping with problems that occur.
Also, I believe with the majority of players living in the EST time zone, in the United States, I can help out the player worlds which function within the GMT time zone.

What is your education level? Are you employed? What amount of time can you dedicate to Graal-related duties each day?

As I mentioned, I am in first year college, known as “AS” level in the UK.
I am also employed at a local retailer for two days a week. I can dedicate a few hours each day and possibly a little more on the weekends.

What do you see that needs changing in Graal's player world policies?

I think a lot of the Graal code of conduct needs to be reviewed and I think some more filters should be placed in to block harmful content as we do have younger players as to which a lot of material will not be suitable.
On the other hand, I believe that some other Graal player world policies should be removed, for example, Era’s scamming is legal unless witnessed ruling, which is in blatant violation of the Graal Code of Conduct which says it is an illegal activity within the game.

Show us some examples of your good judgement in certain situations.

My good judgement shows in situations such as when players begin to get out of hand within mass messages. The judgement I show is leaving it for a little while, then seeing exactly who is involved and stopping it before it gets out of hand.

Another good judgement is such as last night, any information I had on the sudden shut down of Unholy Nation was passed on to any players which wandered on to other servers.

If Graal Police witness a scam directly they may punish the offending player. The best way to avoid being scammed is to only trade within secure trading facilities in Graal.

  1. Business trades. Using your position of power to extort items from players is unacceptable. This goes for using the kick & ban commands in your business level to gain items, i.e. having a player place their items on the ground and kicking them out of the level to steal the items.
  2. Trading a car for items. Self-explanatory.

Other than that, nice application :)

Ahh, well I am sorry for having that in there. Thanks for pointing that out it's much appreciated. Didn't know he ran a new set of rules through. :)

I support Kirble. On game and in real life, he has shown high levels of maturity and is able to take on heavy responsibilities, some of which have been due to the brunt of my silliness and immaturity in real life.

You can rely on Kirble 100% to get the job done to quality.
