Server-Description

Zeron is a new playerworld with a mix of classic- and rpg-elements. The overworld has many isles with differents places (forests, fields, swamps etc.), cities and towns. Zeron hasn't a level-system but a lot of funny activities e.g. fast and crazy events (paperchase on the overworld etc.), regularly auctions, a traditional eventhouse, chop wood, slaughter enemies and friends and so on. We don't want to create a crappy mainstream-server but a funny and crazy playerworld!

Job market

:noob: Currently we are hiring: NAT/scripter.

If you have excellent script-skills, know how to create and edit complex serverscripts, have time and fun to script then you are right here!

Work to do:

• common interface
  • uniformed graphic-menus and -bars (no gui-interface!)
  • heavily edited chat-toolbar
• attribute-system
• many little script-works

We provide:

• staff-job with future, adequated rights
• entire staff (admins too) has professional skills for a good cooperation

The wonderful Jasra Café. Notice the unique tileset, the toasty lights and the wooden chairs and tables which give a harmonic look. You can already see the emulated inteface.

This isn't an american server? That or my eyes have gone nuts...or it was some kind of joke. (Seeing as someone's saying "Drugs are bad!")

Looks cool though, I like how it will be "funny" and "cool," like classic servers should really be, and not crazy epic server of awesome that everyone goes for. It sounds somewhat professional as well, and you even have logos -- check that out! XD

Yeah you're right. It's a german server but we will write from the beginning in english and in german.

Own graphics, levels and tilesets are the basic components of a server before you recruiting staff. Without anything no guy who read this advertisement will get motivation to work for this playerworld.

The name for the server was Jack's advice. I would give the playerworld a german name but Zeron isn't bad or what?

Lol, It's just that all the successful servers seemed to start with Z...XD

And German/English from the beginning, damn that's great...if only Atlantis had that :(

I love how even the gui graphics basically fit in with the Classic theme. Good luck! I'll gladly help out with some small things if needed.

Or a really well scripted translator...that translates even player chat into either German or American. Sounds hard to near impossible, but would be so awesome.

Its in the nature of mankind that language groups split up ;/ that just wont work.

Please to not go with just a lightened and or darkened tile set. Make your own it really makes it look better.

thanks for your tipps and offered help.
By making the interface I got inspiration from the Zelda Majoras Mask and Zelda The Wind Waker so I mixed some elements of these games with my ideas and yeah thats our interface :)
Clear, easy to use and neat (...hope so XD).

We thought about the problem with the languages. A scripted translator would keep us busy for a very long time XD
So we decided to write everything in german, but players who don't speak german should understand the main points of the messages, because we work with understandable icons.

Uhm Ain't the server German mainly?
Most ppl aint German if you didn't know.
Most ppl won't understand **** of wtf your talkin on the server(like me)

I think they are planning to translate it. Correct me if I'm wrong, though :noob:
