GScript2 Syntax Highlighting for Notepad++

1 Attachment(s)
Well, since Stefan said that ScriptedRC will be used in the future, and I dont want to use that for scripting, I thought I would go and do the GScript2 syntax highlighting for Notepad++. Its basically Notepad with syntax highlighting and more cool features, totally open source.
You can get it here.
Go download it if you dont have it, and unpack it. Please choose the zipped version, and not the installer, since some tests showed me that it wont create the custom languages file after installing with the installer, for some reason.
After you are done, download the attachment of this post, and unpack its contents into the folder where Notepad++ is located. Then, start up Notepad++ (or restart if it was already running), open a file of your choice, containing any GS2 code. Then click the "Language" tab, and if everything went right, there should be "GScript2" at the bottom. Select it.
This was the closest I could get with Notepad++. There is probably also still things that arent highlighted when they should be. Please post things like that here, so I can add it.
A nice feature is also the auto detection of the language. If you save your code with a ".gs2" extension, Notepad++ will automatically select GScript2 when its opened.

Enjoy!

I trust Stefan will make the external GuiMLTextEditCtrl efficient enough for scripting.

We also still have plans to connect Graal to Eclipse for easier script editing and eventually debugging, but this can take some time.

You know, if we just stuck with external RC, would there really be a need to fuse it with Eclipse, etc?

Still, I see how this could work if we added an FTP or something for playerworlds.
