More support staff.

It's funny, because of a **** up on Graals end I haven't been able to logon for over a week due to my new PCID. Any other company would have had this resolved by now, it's a shame Unixmad can't get over his trust issues from Nemesis, Angel and the blackmail from TI and hire some support staff. :\

Scripting isn't the most important...
But yes there should be more support team staff, and ones that can answer the question/problem fully, not ones that say "Giving this to Ibonic/unixmad/Stefan" because that makes it so damn slow.

They don't need more support staff, they need active ones. It seems everyone on Graal is awesome until they start having a responsibility.

They should add more support staff. It seems like all of the sections are slow.
