Hello there, nearly everyone might be wondering who I’m, some people know me as Zen* some people know me as Flame, in any case this is my first post, since I never found the need to actually post on the forums (or even look at them).
I have been playing zone for 3 years now (1 year as a trial 2 as a P2P). During that time I have seen nearly everything, I’m the type of a person that sees everything differently, by saying that I mean looking at zone in different perspectives not only as a game but a second world, a chilling place, or even a stress reliever. I usually try to analyze people, by putting myself in their place I’m able to feel their feelings and predict how they might react to a certain action. In zone there is a large variety of people, they all have their own crazy ideas for events I can easily say what kind of events they want since I consider myself a part of the community (even if I’m not all that important). Many people share the same ideas and thoughts, all those different opinions can be taken to make something great, if I do get hired I won’t only say my ideas but also listen to what the community wants and try to develop those thoughts into events.
The events I have seen so far are simple but fun, the only problem with them is that most of the time they lack variation, some of them have endless possibilities for new events that could be developed very easily by expanding their limitations, the event becomes something totally different.
I’m not able to LAT or script but I consider myself a moderate GFX, I’m willing to work with those limitations and quickly distinguish what I’m able to do.
Here are some of my ideas I would like to develop:
1. Building event (with boxes), two teams, the first team that builds what the ET said wins (ex, the ET said: Event, the first team to build the word “Event” with boxes wins.)
2. Team bike race, two-four teams, when the race starts there will be a leader for each team, the leader has to pull his teammates with his bike (the teammates can be on a sled or on a bike, not sure what is more convenient) the goal is to get to the finish line without the leader’s bike getting destroyed (PK enabled) so the leader’s teammates can shoot the other teams at will while being taken by the leader.
3. Team platform race, two teams, since players can get on top of one another and thus enabling the player to jump to higher distances in this event absolute teamwork has to be done, have at least one player (or all the team) to reach to the top, to make things easier blaster could be enabled for pushing players upwards.
4. Maze race, many different mazes built for searching the hiding ET, first one to find the ET wins.
I usually set myself my own personal challenges, when I really get into them I can’t stop until I accomplish my desired goals, quitting one of your own challenges is like losing to yourself, losing to yourself is not only shameful but also unsurpassable.
