Well really, the Forums should be moderated by people who know the rules. The rulez r gawd on these forums, so people who don't know the rules and constantly break them shouldn't get this position.

Another thing, they should be moderated by the places best-known-for-the-work or highest-up. That meaning, in the development forum is the best-known (as liked) and are good at doing that thing: scripting, graphics, sounds, etc. The person should still know the rules.
It also means, the highest-up would be, for example, the PWA moderate ALL of the playerworld forums (not Zone or GK). Dan moderates Zone and Bjorn moderates GK. Darlene moderates all the General Forums.

Just a suggestion I thought of after I saw Hato's Forum-Mod thread...

I'd vote SN as Zone Info Mod, Bjorn is already GK in general, maybe the kingdom leaders of their respective kingdoms. :p

You dont need anymore mods there are 3 that is more then enough <.<
Even then we still have the overall forum admins that do there job just fine
