SMS Service problems!

I have been attempting to upgrade my account to gold lately, only to realise that my credit card is expired. Some friends told me I could try paying by phone or SMS for Gralats.

I attempted to use SMS, I sent two of the messages and got no activation code response.
Then I tried the number, I kept getting a message cut off at the beginning and then a french voice explained what to do, only I do not understand french.
After a few attempts I caught the "Press 1 for english" at the beginning and copied down the code. After entering the code it said the code was not valid, and I got 0 gralats. I attempted this 3 times.

Anyway, after these attempts i'm short like $20 but I have no gralats, is there any other way I can upgrade if pay by phone doens't work?
