Perhaps a new serveroption.

cannotbeignored=, put the accounts in there of players who can't be ignored (for example, police or high position staff who mass message important things)

For example:

cannotbeignored=Horrified,Stefan,unixmad

I don't imagine it would be that hard to implement?

I think he's unaware that staff members cannot be ignored, no matter how annoying some may be!

Possibly it could over-ride the current "all staff cannot be ignored" so you can select who cannot be ignored. Like important staff for instance.

Bugs me that staff get past the disabling of mass messages, even when off tag.
