We prepared some thing for the New Year. It’s based on the things we had last year because lots of people liked it and also wanted to see it again.
First of all the
elves haunting! You can buy candy from the candy store and to get the elves to show up. Then you have to kill them to get items. These items are mainly to build snowmen again, also some hats and swords etc. can be found of course. But this year we have a new type of weapon, blowtubes. The elves will drop the usual blowtube you can use to shoot arrows. I made some quick flash animation on how it works to haunt elves.

With the items you will be able to
build snowmen again. But you can’t start building right now, you have to wait until January 2nd – this is not for bad we just want everyone to have an almost equal chance to win this event. Lots of people saved parts from last year so 3 days to get items for new people is just fair.
The snowmen will also give you presents directly, but you can only get 3 of these!
The 3 people with the most snowmen will win an
Ice Axe of Swiftness! But this is not everything, even if you are on the 10th place you will still get something. Those things can be other not that
rare and good items, eventcoins, EA, IWA, diamonds etc..
The other event that already started is of course the
snowball war. The general hits won’t count because it’s easy to get lots of hits if you throw one on a person idling. We will do small snowball wars for this matter.
I can also announce that there might be
new Kingdom items for every Kingdom. I say might because this depends on the activity of the kingdom. Activity counts as updating the kingdom island and also to be active on GK itself. Kingdom Events, RP’ing, helping each other and new players but also just to be on Kingdom Tag. These things will allow them to event off the new items sooner not that soon. The leaders will be able to read more in my pm about that.
Other than that, look forward to a new year with nice updates and changes.
The fireworks place is open so I hope o see a few nice screenshots from fireworks :)
