Christmas Bundle
 

Wow, I bought this Christmas bundle as I do every year. I am hoping they will allow me a refund or at least to get an equivalent amount of gelats instead of the subscription items which I haven't transferred to the game due to the fact that the Zone items are temporary and the items are only temporary...? Because, it didn't say the items were temporary with the bundle. The information on the bundle wasn't very descriptive. This is pretty dissatisfying. I've attempted to send a support ticket but when I tried to log in my password wasn't the same as it always has been and it says the e-mail isn't registered. Then I tried to create a new account for the account in which I bought the subscription, and it says it sent the e-mail and I never got it. I resent it and I still haven't gotten it...

Oooo. I have a complaint! When I bought VIP long ago I was told to have lifetime access to gold servers on the weekends. I know have 2 weekend VIP days left.

You'll still have access, you just won't save, right?

I used to log on and play Zone on the weekends and be able to do whatever I want. Now this Saturday and Sunday are my last days to do so.

Actually that question was more meant to be at any staff. People were promised permanent access, so they find a loophole and let you have the access, just without the benefits

You always have gotten to keep everything I have boughten before in the bundle... It needs to be perm or they need to give me a refund.

Zone used to be fun once and awhile, now its not even worth paying for, AND its basically monthly renewal now. Oh and I have 102 days left of "full access to Graal Kingdoms and Zone on weekends."
and that is right off the gelat store, so I don't see how they found a loophole, it says full access. I wouldn't be surprised if soon they made past years Christmas bundles and guns like the Red-Rifle limited days, so people who have been here since before the Gelat store have to start buying all our weapons monthly.

No, you have to click 'Shop' then Inventory.

If they don't exchange my bundle for a refund or make the weapons perm. I will just report Graal to Paypal. I am not getting what I promised, I payed for items. Not for temp items. If you buy a camera on ebay you aren't buying it for 2 months. You're buying it for life. In no where did it say they are temp.

What Christmas bundle are you talking about anyway. If I log on Zone and click on the shop it does not say something about a christmas bundle at all.
Go on GK for example and click on the shop, there is something mentioned about a christmas items pack - I see nothing on Zone.

Click the Store page on the Graal website. I checked with Paypal, it isn't allowed.

I just checked the website and there is one, ture. But there is nothing mentioned that the items on Zone are permanent and what items there are that you get. All items you buy on Zone are temporary.
Not sure about the christmas pack but there is nothing written that they are permanent or non-permanent.

Doesn't matter. It isn't allowed, you are expected to keep what you buy unless the terms are clearly stated that you aren't. I am buying the items, not renting them. It says buying on the site, not renting. If you buy a bag of chips from a gas station do you expect for them to come and ask for it back in 3 months, I mean they never said you get to keep it!? If you rent a house do you expect to keep it forever...? Honestly, come on.

Knowing that in the GELAT SHOP the weapons aren't permanent you would have been smart enough to know that the same would go for the xmas pack..especially knowing that the weapons from it are in fact in the shop and only temporary.

I think its just crap that your doing this. Your just mad because they aren't permanent. Well Graal is trying to make money from the gelat shop. Go on the other 3 servers and you will see the items from them are permanent.

But again anyone who plays Zone KNOWS that the weapons in that gelat shop ARE temporary. Hell how many times did I announce it would be in the GELAT SHOP. Quite a few times. It seems your the only one who has a problem with this. Everyone else is fine and know that the weapons are temp.

Well I play Zone. I don't play Zodiac, GK, and the other server so they're useless. You should of kept the weapons with the christmas package.

I don't play any of the other servers either. Ravenblade, stop being so rude. You aren't being logical. I didn't buy the Bundle from the Gelat Shop now did I? It was bought from the site as it is every year. Every year they are permanent. Actually no I'm not the only one who has a problem with it. I bought it before you even got on.

I believe you should have used your common sense regarding it. I knew they would be temporary because that's how everything is...you on the other hand thought they'd be permanent because they were last year, right?

Here's where you lose: Graal did not claim they were permanent. YOU assumed they would be permanent and it's your fault, not ours. If you were a smart buyer you would have asked around before doing it instead of assuming and not getting what you wanted.
