It's basically a blindshot for you guys, but Varia incorporates many never before been done features which will kept closely guarded until it is ready to be released. Just send in your work if you want to try out.

Just think that, and you'll probably understand why not much will raise there hand to work here.

I'd be interested in what it is and try to help. When I work I don't work for glory like the 80% of the Graal Development Community. I just try to help. ;]

I and probably a lot of other people would probably work on this server, seeing that Angel_Light works here. He's come out of his way a couple times to help me on my server with some NAT issues. He does a very nice job, and has some very creative ideas. I would say any projects he's working on will be gold. Best of luck to finding the appropriate staff you need for your server.

Um, perhaps you lost me there.

People like that are few and far between. Majority of developers show it in the posts they make here they would prefer to know what they'd be taking on before they request a job -- how do you know what you want is even possible development wise for a scripter, or if the amount of graphics you want completed pleases the average Pixel artist?

You should never consider you're going to find high quality of everything, and doing stuff like this is not going to raise the chances of finding anyone that could be interested -- I mean, you don't have to tell everything, but just the main idea of the server would be OK.

And if you're afraid of getting it stolen, that's stupid. Posting it here pretty much protects it -- if you see the post here on 11/02/07 and on 12/04/08 someone else has that, we know it's your idea, and that dated post helps.

Just because you're a cool guy doesn't mean everyone will want to work on what they got.

Look at Zero's Atexia or whatever, he told me many times he had a hard time finding Graphic artists or any of the like for the job to be done.

Well the fact is that I don't need the LAts, but I would highly appreciate it if I had more helps with my levels. I can do all dev jobs to a high quality. But Level making being my least favorite, it's make me tired doing level after level. I just need help with a few small gmaps and insides. (Gmaps are from 2x2 to 3x5) Once I think you're capable of helping, I'll give you an agenda to work by and details as well.
