His desktop has nothing to do with it...
Graal is screwed up (YET AGAIN!)
I got disconnected twice, and tried to reconnect, and it said i was IP Banned.

when you are ip banned you get all sorts of error messages when connecting that could be why

Yea, I logged on Delteria (heheeh) and on a different account... DarkLink_Sidra and it worked, I tried w/other account and it didn't work.

Try using ARS. Disconnect it, if that doesn't work reset your position. If all fails ask an admin to warp your account somewhere.
