FAQ team
 

We need more team members in diff time zones. There is like 24 people on GK and not one FAQ in sight. I have seen Tig on during the day and Viper today during the day.

No matter how many FAQs there are, you cannot have a FAQ on at all times. I am on a lot. Maybe there should be a GK/Graal FAQ section of the support center that FAQs could get access to in order to answer questions when they cannot always be online, or maybe get access to the "Graal Kingdoms" section of the support center.

If you hire anymore people 1/4 of the GK population would be FAQ. :asleep:

A week or two ago I really did wonder why my information tool never noticed me of any new tickets. I found out that I don't have access to the admin section anymore so the programm never said something about new tickets. ^^
I hope this gets fixed soon.

Most people are not going to go through the trouble of submitting a ticket to get a FAQ question answered. If anything, they're going to ask one of their peers if there's no FAQ on and it's something they desperately need to know. I know I certainly wouldn't submit a ticket when I could get a quicker response from someone online, because if you're playing someone's going to be online and they're probably going to know the answer.

Then again, there's still that problem of being thrown straight into the game with no kind of introduction or backstory to it. That's an issue that may need looking at.

@rufus: I know its hard. trial island actually did teach stuff but now there is just a few small quests at the start then nothing to really help you out.

Yes, but have you seen GKs playercount lately? Chances are there are not going to be any peers online who are capable or able to answer their questions. I am usually online all the time but I can not constantly be on player. If I notice a support ticket, I would be able to answer it promptly.

Questions about the game should be posted on the forums, not asked in support tickets.

You are possibly forgetting that these forums are not free. Trial members who need help (the very reason you stated you wanted to be a FAQ) cannot post on these forums.

Angry Pancake is pretty seriously ridiculous. He has hundreds of hours, a house, is in Forest, etc. but is still a trial. I'm pretty sure he's the most egregious abuser of the lack of trial limits on the server.

Can you get a support center account with just a Graal# account?

The support center account database isn't directly linked to the Graal account database.

So I can essentially impersonate whoever I want so long as they don't already have a support center account?
