FAQ team

We need more team members in diff time zones. There is like 24 people on GK and not one FAQ in sight. I have seen Tig on during the day and Viper today during the day.

No matter how many FAQs there are, you cannot have a FAQ on at all times. I am on a lot. Maybe there should be a GK/Graal FAQ section of the support center that FAQs could get access to in order to answer questions when they cannot always be online, or maybe get access to the "Graal Kingdoms" section of the support center.

Most people are not going to go through the trouble of submitting a ticket to get a FAQ question answered. If anything, they're going to ask one of their peers if there's no FAQ on and it's something they desperately need to know. I know I certainly wouldn't submit a ticket when I could get a quicker response from someone online, because if you're playing someone's going to be online and they're probably going to know the answer.
Then again, there's still that problem of being thrown straight into the game with no kind of introduction or backstory to it. That's an issue that may need looking at. |
