My friend Shikra bought a membership like 5 hours ago or something and it's not working. Does it take a while to kick in? I had to post this thread for him becuase his p2p's not working >_< So anyways, any info on this?

Credit Card is normally like instant.. Cash prob takes a while. Use a support ticket. x_x Also It's Concern* Don't know what a conern is.

It should work fine. What exactly is not working? Saving always works, and when you upgrade then you should be able to play in full size, without observer mode and access to all classes and looks etc. on Zone.

He says he can't access the classes that are marked gold.

I cant access the Gold classes or outfit things. Yet I have full screen, it says Im Gold, and I can send more than 1 message a minute. Not sure if I mentioned, I still have EIGHTY HEALTH >=[

Mee too i bought a suscription 1 week ago and you know what.. It says im a ```TRIAL´´´ and i go to observer mode. I payed with credit card. Help me plz!!Stefan help me plz plz plz

Im willing to bet this kid is making this **** up.

And I made a support ticket, it was viewed, and nothing was done. And in my subscription history thing, it says I Ive made 3 subscriptions total. One to Gold before all the changes, one to VIP, and the one a few days ago. The first two just say unknown. So mine actually SAYS Im gold. I just dont get Gold benefits, other than full screen and no observer mode.

Because, stefan isn't the only one that checks support tickets.Stefan may be to busy to do something. So support ticket is best, because different pwa and globals can look at them.They aren't gona go through forums looking for problems. <<

The forums can be good for problems that might already have happened to other people or that are more a misunderstanding and not really a bug. In this case it seems to be a techincal problem, the server doesn't seem to see that the account is upgraded although it is. We will discuss that on the support center.
