Esteria is Hiring NATs!

Yes, we're hiring NATs.

We need some scripters that are very good with MUD systems. You will also have to be very active to keep up with what is needed.

Here's a link to the PlayerWorld Main Forums thread:
http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=74145

MANY screenshots are in there.

To be hired, either Forum/in-game PM me, Crow, or Angelu.

You guys making a new mud system?

Switch 08-11-2007 10:14 PM

Nah
We using yours, though Crow told me he sees no reason for one -_-
Just incase he changes his mind it's a good idea to have everyone know how to use it.

Multiple scripters on a server is like having a fragmented hard-drive usually. Most servers operate best with just 1, 2 or maybe even 3.

Well it depends on activity.

If you have 1 MAJORLY ACTIVE scripter who takes work seriously, then you really don't need to worry. But when you have a scripter that does DOZENS projects aside from yours (hard to find those that don't), it's usually good to have 2.

My own server currently only has 1, and he does a lot of work everyday and I pretty much just let him do what he feels like doing at the time (out of a given list of work needed to be done), and don't bother him when he doesn't feel like working.

The thing about scripters are, the easier you are on them (meaning the more free will you give them), the more they will like working for the server. Going around on every server they log onto and saying LETS GO GET TO WORK, will most likely have them avoiding you and want to work even less for you because of how ungrateful you sound that even one wants to work out of free time for you. :P

Dude, Switch...what game are you playing? I told you that we probably dont need a MUD system. Chompy's is very good work, but we have almost no items, so a MUD system makes no sense (?)
