Shops not updating?
 

Is it just me or does it seem the shops haven't been restocking lately?

Hirathia has looked the same way I left at night the next morning three days in a row now.

Probably no one using it and usually after 20-30 minutes you can exit and re-enter or just enter and it restocks.
