Not able to reply to Forum PM's

Since yesterday I am not able to send Forum PM's anymore. I still can receive PM's but when sending I get a HTTP 400 message.
So please don't be mad if I don't answer you and use the support center if you need help.

Yes, Firefox answers with:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Crow 07-27-2007 10:38 AM

Oh, yea! I also had this yesterday I think. I just went to the inbox and clicked the pm I wanted to answer again. It worked then :o

Lucky you, I have tried every option with different browsers.

I got that with Firefox. I just did a tools -> Clear Private Data, checked cookies and then it worked after that.

Gather some wood, pile it together, throw your computer on top, pour gasoline on it, set it on fire, and run around in circles jumping for joy cause you no longer have computer problems.

They are server problems...

I got the error repeatedly when I tried to post a full script in the NPC Code Gallery. It allowed me to post a placeholder but I couldn't edit the full script in either.

It's not an in-game problem: it's directly about the forums. I don't think they would delete/lock over that. If they do, we now have this thread as evidence :D

The thread was made so Sam could let people know that he can't reply to their forum PM's. I do not think the support center will let members know that. It is kind of important, considering he is a supermod.

Well there is still no need for discussion. This post should have been stickied and closed until Sam's problems were alleviated.

Oh yea, I forgot where I was at. :whatever:
Anyway, it has been mentioned to Unixmad since there seem to be similar problems with others as well.

closed.
