I keep getting an unknown error in the guild CP..

I'm the leader of a guild, and whenever I try to change my nickname or accept applications, it says UNKNOWN ERROR. TRY AGAIN LATER. And it also says on accepting applications that I don't have the rights to do it. I'M THE LEADER OF THE GUILD. What's up with this?
