gold +vip forums?
 

so this forum is now only for vips and gold...
welll vip subscription doesn't excist anymore does it in the new subscriptions?
since VIP is out, and Gold is still here, why not make gold the vip part, and make classic the gold part.
you can't just shut out people from a forum (forcing) them to play.
and please save me the crap of "its just a few dollars". It's easy for you admins to say. but i think the half of the people here forget that the admins here are somewhat twice/tree times as old as the average user on this board. Your incomes are twice maybe 3 times as good as ours. it may be easy for you to pay , but some people really enjoyed coming here just to help out.

but anyway the idea was , why not move gold to vip and classic to gold.
and forget the whole "classic" term.
Graal is not classic anymore. It lost his identity when it became p2p:)


another solution is give classic subscribers the chance to discuss elsewhere. maybe on a free forum but still in charge of graal:).

Not very observant are you.... the forums have stated for some while that they are 'reserved for gold and vip subscribers': even when classic people were eventually allowed to post. I'd say that Unixmad/Stefan havn't had the chance to rename the forums yet: kinda like how the calender is still stuck on December 2006.

He can and did. He hosts it: he can do whatever he wants with it. I don't like it either but nothing can seemingly be done.

It may be a few dollars more for you but cheaper for alot of people. Everyone seems to forget the fact that you DON'T to pay for every single subscription now. If you only play Zone: just get Zone and save money. Same for playerworlds and Kingdoms. I sure won't be using all three at the same time so I'd be saving a fair bit.

I believe Unixmad stated that VIP is now the playerworld gold subscription. The forums were always suppose to be a part of the subscriptions, but got messed up somehow and was allowing everyone to post for awhile, but now it's fixed with the new updates.
I like the subscriptions the way they are. People can pay for what they want now, instead of paying for what they don't use, for example: paying for Kingdoms, and Zone, when they only play One or the other.

Or the fact that without the classic posters, this place would be a dry wasteland.

People who have classic subscriptions and JUST use the forums aren't making Graal any money (since they never re-upgrade) unless they somehow get other people to (re-)upgrade (making the forums "better" so that people don't quit the forums when they quit the game doesn't do this much, since previously people could keep posting on the forums without re-upgrading).

I can still post, without a subscription.

all i can see is we're forced to play for a regiment or something.
any topic that contains negativity towards (unixmad or stefan or whoever) gets closed, as long as they dont look like the fool.

Did the remote possibility that Moon Goddess has a decent amount of sense ever occur to you? She's a forum admin. It's in the interest of the forum admins to enforce the rules, and the rules say you shouldn't be posting unnecessary negativity against other forum users.

There IS VIP, it is now renamed Playerworld subscription.

i kinda no why it has been renamed.
real vips never got to test new things although that was promised in the subscriptions. they renamed it now because it was never possible to actually do what was promised in the subscriptions.

The subscriptions were redone to make them more beneficial for the members, so people pay for more of what they want, instead of what they don't want.
Also, as a VIP, I remember testing something at least once. Pretty sure there were more, but I can't remember right off the top of my head. VIP was good mostly for the access to playerworlds, making guilds, and using the forums...getting to test was a plus. Updates don't come every day, so the testing stuff didn't happen often.

The reorginization not only looks better, but is more beneficial, and makes more sense, in my opinion anyway.

As with anything else, there will be kinks to work out, and changes made to fix things, so give it some time. Things will work out. :)

Sure it was. Sometimes we recieved information before everyone else, and we were the only ones being able to create new guilds. So stop complaining.

VIPs got to test V4 but I also believe it was a stupid decision to bypass VIP testing for V5 :whatever:

But anyways, I fail to believe that the new subscriptions "fit" what the player wants. For instince, you get a gelat bonus on Zone with any subscription. So why dont they have the same thing for playerworlds? They need individual packages. Such as "12 months of Era + 20,000$ (era money) for 10$-15$. This way people can pay for what they want exactly.

Zone died because of the Gelat system. Imagine if everyone got 20k starting on Era, or 200 EP starting on UN, or 100k Gralats starting on Delteria, or 200k Gold starting on Zodiac...you get it. Graal would fall apart.

Agreed. I think however stefan should allow both the gelat system and the old one. As in everyone can get guns the way the use to but, with gelat you can improve the guns or get like the best of the best; something along thoses lines. :D
