those are not avitars to get those u need to make em and post em on a website then type [img] then the website[/img]

The "Shorty" thing is called a signature, I have one as well that says "IceHawk"

You make on in a photo program then upload it to a site

Then in "edit profile" you type the link to the picture with "[img]" before it and "[/img]" after it.
