Observer Mode as a gold member?
 

I got put in observer mode while I still have gold. See the screenshot for more details.

Hmm, I've heard about that from other players too. I was a trial 30 minute ago and now it's fine again.

It seems there was a problem when you logged in shortly before a restart of the serverlist(er), have fixed it so it shouldn't happen anymore.

Graal says that I am trial when I have like 140+ days of VIP and unlimited classic.

When I log onto a server things are normal, however when I tell the big start bar to close it brings me up in the "trial mode is over" as you can see below.

I had to black out someone's text on the second screenshot, I didn't realize what he was saying until I was editing the screenshot. :P

It has YET to be fixed... Go take a good look at both of those before you open your mouth again. This is rediculous...

Well a little bit on topic, but I find it very confusing that you offer a gold playerworld subscription, but also have gold playerworlds(Zone and Classic), which it isn't for. The fact that a gold subscription is for classic and UC playerworlds, not Gold servers, is a bit confusing in its own.

Gold subscription has been split into Kingdoms Gold, Zone Gold and Playerworlds Gold. They only had been accessible by Gold subscription before.

Hmmm thats a new problem though (the other problem was a wrong display on the serverlist). I have fixed some things and added more log, it should not happen anymore.
