Most of the _GP accounts are just plain staff accounts (As an example on X one of the GP accounts is used by an admin, a couple have level 1 acces and are for the LAT while the rest are really GP's)

prob twice as fast and strong..

well the level 1 bird can carry bombs but doesn't hurt you when thrown at a player.
The level 2 bird should hurt people by 0.5 or 1 and do more inventive stuff... and possibly look a bit more chunky :p
