PMs behind Billiards Game

PMs seem to show up behind the flash object while playing billiards. Does this happen to anyone else in other games. So far I've on been able to recreate it in billiards on both XP and Vista.

Yes a problem with the flash games, may be it should hide flash games if there is a window on top?

The flash games also steal focus alot: Highly annoying when talking the chatbar / pm.
