Why would someone NOT want things to happen for GK?

Yeah this boggles the mind.

The problem is the majority of us can't decide what should be fixed first, I mean we all want new content but we don not all agree on what changes should be made.

It is just as pointless as the thread GK Fails, soon there is going to be another thread popping up stating the problems we have with Graal.

Sure, I "support" fixing bugs, etc. but I don't think it's somehow going to boost 2K2's playercount.

Its not just staff that need to do something. They do have to fix alot of bugs and start getting new content added. But who's going to play on a server where nobody even tries to help out or tries to fix things. Restoration of GK will end up beginning in the kingdoms or not at all at these current rates.

I think he's asking if Ed's proposed solution should happen, or at least something similar/close to it.

That's absolute bull****. I have offered my help on several occasions, and you can't say I'm not a very good developer. They don't want my help. Maybe you should get your facts straitened out before posting.
