Do not cross? o.O; [sorta WIP]
 

Was bored and had nothing to do at 2am >_< So I played with mah pixels and came out with this. I got bored with it quick and made a blue background/sky thing for it in a minute or two o.O; So don't critic the background :P Im not the type of person that sticks to a graphic for longer that a few hours so this probably wont get finished anyways.

the blue looks like water to me... make the pillow shading the same shape as the rocks/ground maybe??

He knows that... He's saying it looks more like the sky than water.

Add some backdrop to solve that. If you need a reference, Harvest Moon on the SNES does that pretty good.

Harvest moon is the first one, Tales of Phantasia is the second one. Just examples. :)

:o shame on ToP for not doing anything to separate the foreground from the background, that should be a first thought when doing a background!

I can totally do this with tile layers on my server. If only I had a graphic artist to make those backdrops... :frown:
