Having a problem with bit-depth...
 

Ok guys. My friend sent me a few guns to gani for him, which I was doing.
When I was adding the sprites, I noticed that I couldn't add them. Usually I can, but with 24-bit depth images, they never add. They're always blank.

Yes, I have cleared the FILENAMECACHE.txt. So it's not that.

He's wondering: How do you change bit-depth?

You'll need something like photoshop, or another image editor that can do it. If you have photoshop, you'll have to go to image > mode > 8-bit.
As well, you have to make sure it's indexed.

I thought that 24 bit indexed images worked in graal shop. o_o
