I just tried to log on Atrius because I heard it was hacked and I wanted to see out of curiosity if it was those guys that had been hitting other servers, and I got the same thing

And freaking remove the ClientRC too, its too insecure to bother with.

Both done, and it wasn't a NAT either. LAT Admin hired a LAT, that used a level to add the npc to himself (ClientRC).Problem solved.

Was this LAT any good to begin with? Joey was boasting on AIM how he can ban everyone by simply adding a script to a level. I doubt Joey can LAT.

He doesnt have to, he can have someone make the levels and he can claim he made them

(well, besides the fact that that is all I need)

I request new server options, sendtextenabled and requesttextenabled with the default values of false. This would disable any use of sendtext() and requesttext() on a server. And solve this whole damn problem for people who have half a brain.

Client-RCs are already disabled by default, will probably remove this completely though and only allow the authorized scripts (from the login server) to use it.
