That is a rather screwed up version of the Nazi logo (copy and paste isn't working right) but you CAN NOT tell me that that symbol in Ice Punk's sig (one of many crappy ones) doesn't look something like that.

Yes with some phantasy you can see a roman symbol
in the sig, although the water warps in zelda3 and
graal look somehow like one too (and everythign else
rotating clock-wise)
