Looks awesome!

Except I have a couple crits and questions.

Why is the front all broken and shattered looking?

And second it needs a sail. Boats just dont look right without a sail :(

Also, not sure if I'm really liking the thick outlines you're using.

And the whole thing looks kinda smudged.

Needs more depth and detail. Also might wanna end the boards in different spots so it doesn't look like a bunch of long boards.

I think the water waves should be lower down on the front of the boat, right now it strikes me as looking a little odd the boat is so far down in the water.

everything looks odd except the floor on the boat. I think the outside needs better detail and then itll need some AA.

Unless your not done I mean.

how to get there? i dont see a ladder or something like that or just climp up?

...What is with everyone and their fascination with AA? Sprites such as this should and can not be AAed or else it will look ridiculous against backgrounds that change. AA is a technique for something to look smoother against a static background.

the outline of the boat isn't AAed...

Well actually, AA is quite fine on the exterior of outlines now in Graal because it can use alpha transparency PNG's. But that's just too excessive, trust me, I've tried it with my B.W. avatar, it's a pain.

EDIT: Oh ya, and I don't think a boat's background would change much from water :P

I'm talking about Infernix saying it needs to be,

I think it's too long.

Maybe docks have a standard size that goes up to the ships side doors or something...just because GK's has ladders doesn't mean every 2D boat in the world needs one too.
