Semi-transparent .pngs
I've been looking for a tutorial everywhere, anyone mind helping me find one or telling me how?
Programs like Photoshop, GraphicsGale and such can do that.
If you have Photoshop just do like a 50% opacity fill/brush or what not.
Well, depending on how you're using the graphic, you can use a script to make it semi-transparent...but I wouldn't recommend it, it usually just makes it look like a light effect. x.x I always just use PaintShopPro.
