How do you get certain things to show up in your Signature?

For Example:

<Server> <Player Count>,
Zone 14 Players

For some reason when I did all this I got it to display

Niromia has PLAYER COUNT Players

But for some reason it wouldnt display the playercount. How do I get it to display this ?
