Not sure where to put this....
This isn't a goodbye, but I didn't want to put it in the main section.
I can't be on as much for awhile because my mom is in the final stage of lung cancer (we just found out she had it 2 weeks ago), and I need to spend as much time as possible with her, and make final arrangements, and such. I would appreciate it if complaints and such could go to the supermods, and moderators for awhile. Anything they cannot do, I will do when I get on, but I would appreciate other stuff to go to other mods. Best thing to do is to use the report post option to report posts. Other stuff can be forum pm'ed to mods. I would very much appreciate your understanding, and sorry for any inconveniance this may cause. Thanks. |
Take your time, I know by my own experience it is a hard way you have to go now.

:( as I told you over PM's, sorry to hear.
Take care. |
Hope things turn out ok Darlene.
|
Sorry to hear that, Darlene. You'll get through it.:frown:
|
Ah, :( that's so sad to hear Darlene. My great aunt died from Lymphoma about 2-3 years ago and it was terrible.
You'll get through it, just remember to be strong. |
Good luck to you and your family :(

Take her skydiving. Rocky mountain climbing. 2.7 seconds on a bull named Fumanchu.
He said I was in my early forties with a lot of life before me when a moment came that stopped me on a dime and I spent most of the next days looking at the x-rays Talking bout the options and talking bout sweet time I asked him when it sank in that this might really be the real end hows it hit you when you get that kinda news man whatd you do and he said I went sky diving I went Rocky Mountain climbing I went 2.7 seconds on a bull named fumanchu and I loved deeper and I spoke sweeter and I gave forgiveness Id been denying and he said someday I hope you get the chance to live like you were dying. He said I was finally the husband that most the time I wasnt and I became a friend a friend would like to have and all the sudden going fishin wasnt such an imposition and I went three times that year I lost my dad well I finally read the good book and I took a good long hard look at what Id do if I could do it all again and then I went sky diving I went Rocky Mountain climbing I went 2.7 seconds on a bull named fumanchu and I loved deeper and I spoke sweeter and I gave forgiveness Id been denying and he said someday I hope you get the chance to live like you were dying. Like tomorrow was a gift and you got eternity to think about whatd you do with it what did you do with it what did I do with it what would I do with it? Sky diving I went Rocky Mountain climbing I went 2.7 seconds on a bull named fumanchu and then I loved deeper and I spoke sweeter and I watched an eagle as it was flying and he said someday I hope you get the chance to live like you were dying. To live like you were dying To live like you were dying To live like you were dying To live like you were dying |

Wow I almost started yelling about how happy I am because shes gone until I finished the post.
I am sorry about your mom. |
Tell your mom I love her.
|
Just think of those times when you and your mom were having such a good time together.
Tell her she's in our thoughts. |
Thanks for the good wishes. I really appreciate it.
