I have a problem on Graal.net with the billing system..:S

Billing Details
Billing Status Expired
Last Billed 2004-11-10 0
Periods Billed 99



What means periods billed 99 ??? I think thats not correct or a bug or something like that :S Can someone help me pls

Well Support Center isnt working really good I am waiting like 1 week for an answer so forums would be better

Another problem is graal.net is not sending me a confirm mail to my new Email I wanted to change on my Acc NicoX on graal.net

Did you even bother searching the forum for related issues? There's like 5 threads where the confirmation email not working is mentioned..

I was too lazy to search for it :S But why is nobody fixing this problem :S???

Just send a forum PM to Ibonic, he'll manually active your account.

My Account is already active on graal.net I just wanted to change my password and I just dont get a new Password (confirm Email) to that new Mail Adress
But Forum PM I will try lol
