Xfire Support!

http://www.xfire.com/cms/xf_game_sdk/

This is the website for adding games to xfire. I would love to have my account tracked like a few of my other games. I recently saw GL on the forums there and there are already a lot of supporters of Graal Online to boot.

I would really appreciate input on this matter!!

If more players that I am friends with see that I am playing GK like I always am, then maybe they will buy accounts too! I know I know, it's not about the money but don't tell me it wouldn't be awesome to have tons more players on all of the servers!! I would totally invite that!

Anyways PLEASE take this into consideration because it means a lot to the gaming community as a whole.

From the link I provided you can see coding, instructions and the download available to the public. The email on that page is for after the code is written, to send to the devs so that they can add the game to the list!

I can hardly wait until Xfire tracks my Graal Online hours! Especially if you went into depth and tracked my servers too! Please take the time to at least mull it over.

I don't see how Graal will ne XFire. It only gets used on fullscreen games so you speak to people while playing.

But one the other hand. I think it will bring people to Graal.
Someone will see you online and see that your playing graal and they'll wonder what its like. So they go download it.

Somehow I think this kind of thing falls outside of Sam's area.

Yeah, I don't think this has anything to do with most Graal staff.
Only Only Stefan needs to know.

I agree, i don't see how xfire will work with GraalOnline.

I moved it to the correct forum. This is kinda lost on the GK Suggestions :)

I don't know. Graal is a glorified chat engine. By making a new one -- compatible with xFire... It just may not work.

Rapidwolve 04-27-2007 01:10 AM

I like the idea, could possibly give Graal some popularity.

"OH hey, I wonder what Peter is doing? Perhaps playing WoW? Lets check.. playing Graal Online? Wtf is that? I better check it out!"

It's a great idea.

Not sure how this will work on Graal
About that intended for full screen games, Graal is that too.

Overall very good idea.

This's actually a good idea..

Tyhm 04-28-2007 01:37 AM

Yeah, not sure what happened to the previous mention...it kinda got buried in the "DANGIT TYHM SHUT UP ABOUT HOW YOU THINK YOU CAN MAKE GRAAL A BETTER PLACE, NOBODY CARES WHAT YOU THINK, DANGIT STOP POSTING!" thread(s).

cutelilmurderer 05-07-2007 06:25 AM

I'm glad you like the idea...

I really hope to get this game added to the list of games also. There is this email here that I will provide that lets you add games to the list. Of course the Xfire DEVS have to look it over but I bet it would help to have more than one person posting around on the forums. I happened to meet Geovanie Legend on the boards there, and I think he is pushing for it also.
